Shipping policy

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Standard Delivery

• Small Items - £4.95*
• Larger items - £7.45* 
  • *Deliveries to Highlands & islands may be charged at a higher rate. 

Express Delivery**

• £9.95 
  • **Orders for Next Working Day Delivery placed before 12:00 will be dispatched same day, orders placed after this will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed after 12:00 on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Free delivery on orders over £150 excludes large, heavy, hazardous, drop ship items and addresses in the highlands & islands.

All orders placed on weekends & bank holidays are dispatched next working day. 

Collection from Store

We offer a click and collect service, for collection from one of our stores.  If you choose collection at checkout, we will contact you when your order is ready to pick up.

We do carry specific items which are available for collection only, due to their hazardous nature.  This includes flares and wet batteries.  If you have any of these products in your basket the only shipping option available will be store collection.

International Delivery

• For international delivery, please contact sales@youboatmarine.com.
• YouBoat Marine is not responsible for paying any import or additional fees that may be applicable; these are the responsibility of the customer. Items which are returned to YouBoat Marine because the customer refuses to pay local import duties and taxes will not be refunded.
  

Useful Information

Orders and contract of sale are accepted at the point of dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason up to the point of goods being dispatched. All funds will be refunded.

You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates will be sent by the courier.

If your order contains multiple products, items may arrive separately.

All delivery times are subject to stock availability.
