Superior HALO Liferaft
The HALO liferaft by Superior Life-Saving is one of the most advanced, lightweight and compact liferafts in the leisure market. This Superior Liferaft is available in two versions, one with a fully self-erecting canopy to provide shelter from even the more severe weather conditions, which can be removed and reinstalled later if required. The second version is without a canopy, reducing the initial and overall ownership costs. Both versions of the Superior HALO Liferaft are fully vacuum sealed to allow for 3 year service intervals in line with the rest of Superior Life-Saving Equipment line up.
The Superior Life-Saving HALO Liferaft is perfect for leisure boats that don't want a large, bulky and heavy liferafts onboard. HALO liferafts are designed to be small, compact and lightweight which makes them ideal for crew who are unable to manhandle traditional liferafts, and vessels with limited space onboard. Unlike most liferafts, the Superior HALO Liferaft features heat welded seams instead of glue, removing the chance of the glue breaking down at the seams.
Both versions of the Superior HALO Liferaft are supplied complete with an insulated floor and full size water pockets for absolute stability when deployed, along with ballast bags, the quantity of which depends on the liferaft size. The HALO+ version of this liferaft, which is the one with the canopy, includes an internal and external lighting system, allowing you to see and be seen even in the dark.
