Frequently Asked Questions

How do I apply the PSP Coveline Tape?

Do not apply stripes to any newly painted or varnished surface.
Ensure application surface is clean, dry, and free from grease and dirt.
Peel away the packing paper approximately 5cm and position the stripe at the start of the desired line.
Unwind and apply to the hull in about 25cm lengths, peeling away the packing paper as you do so.
As you apply along the desired line, apply the gentle pressure to remove any air bubbles.
At this stage, it is possible to remove and reposition the stripe, taking care not to stretch the tape. Carefully cut each end to length as required using a shape knife, and cutting away from the hull by taking the stripe to the blade.
Use a soft cloth to firmly rub over the stripe to ensure a good bond, removing any remaining air bubbles as you go.
Finally, slowly remove the top carrier film.
