Traditional floating pole danbuoy to provide an approximate location of the casualty in a man overboard situation.

Ocean Safety provide three types of traditional danbuoy for different sailing requirements: Inshore, which is a fixed pole; Coastal with a telescopic pole; and Offshore which complies with RORC regulations when extended and comes with a light. All three danbuoys come with 3m of floating rope and a bright flag, and all utilise the same fixing bracket (LBU0375) or stainless steel holder (LBU1030).
