The 3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner is designed to remove adhesives, silicone polish, wax, tar and oil from automotive paint, vinyl and fabrics, however can be used on any surface. This solution is formulated so that it won't harm paint as long as it is fully cured.

The 3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner features a unique formula of specially blended solvents that enables it to also remove light paint overspray and work as a thinner for certain adhesives.
