How do I replace the Jabsco Impeller?

  1. Remove screws, endcover and gasket.
  2. Remove impeller using Jabsco Removal Tool.
  3. Remove any debris from the pump chamber.
  4. Lubricate inside the pump wall & grease.
  5. Insert replacement impeller into impeller bore with a twisting motion.
  6. Replace impeller spline seal if supplied.
  7. Fit replacement gasket, endcover and tighten endcover screws.

Please note: A newly fitted impeller may be damaged through dry running. Ensure the pump is working after 20 seconds, otherwise stop and check installation.
