Barton High Load Low Friction Eye

The Barton High Load Eye is a lightweight, low-friction alternative to a conventional block for selected marine rigging applications.

Manufactured from marine-grade aluminium with an HV500 hard-anodised finish, each eye features carefully curved surfaces designed to reduce friction and improve wear resistance. The range provides an excellent strength-to-weight ratio without moving parts or bearings to maintain.

Available in six bore sizes for applications including lazy jacks, kickers, tweakers, barber haulers, mast-base tidies and stanchion lead eyes.

Selecting a Size

The stated bore size is the diameter of the central opening through which the working line passes. The attachment-rope measurement refers to the maximum diameter used around the outside groove of the eye.

Select a size suitable for the line diameter, expected load, attachment arrangement and intended application.

Each Barton High Load Eye is supplied individually and without an attachment strop or loop unless otherwise stated.
